CloseFactor announces $4.5M Seed Round Led by Sequoia Capital

Growth Manager / Growth Product Manager

As an early employee at an exciting, fast growing startup backed by marquee investors, you will be expected to think like a strategist and execute like an entrepreneur. As our first growth hire, your primary objective will be to accelerate the growth of CloseFactor’s free and paid user base — starting from acquiring free trial users to converting those trials into paid subscriptions. You’ll be able to flex both your creative marketing and data analysis muscles. With game changing technology of CloseFactor, you will get to define and inform the future of not just the CloseFactor platform but also fundamentally change how sales and marketing processes are driven in B2B tech companies.

What you will do

To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be extremely comfortable with analyzing product usage data, looking at activation and retention funnels, running experiments and optimizations, and working with design and engineering to prioritize the highest-impact growth initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who works backwards from excellence and has an unreal imagination — and works with a sense of urgency. Also someone who has scaled up product led growth from near-zero to 1000s of users before. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend engineers and product designers.
